Spring, Summer & Fall Yard Care

Contract season: May – October
Monthly contracts starting at $180/month

Spring services:

• Removal of loose debris in flower beds, garden area, and grass area
• Power rake grass areas
• Season’s first cut and trim to grass
• Final walk around to ensure area is clean

Summer services:

• Weekly cut and trim grass around entire property
• Collection and removal of loose garbage
• Weed removal and debris blown out
• Final walk around with blower to ensure property is clean

Fall clean-up services include:

• Removal of all leaves and debris in flower beds, grass area, and parking lot
• Final cut and trim of the grass
• Final hedge trim

Snow and Ice Management

Contract season: November – April

• If you are not interested in a contract we do per time visits starting at $40
• Monthly contracts starting at $180/month

Seasonal or monthly contract services for:

• Sidewalks, walkways, and stairs
• Driveways
• Parking lots
• Customized to meet your needs

Winter services:

• Regular snow event, snow removal within 24 hrs
• Heavy snow events, snow removal once every 24 hrs, until snow event has ended
• Salt will be added, as required
• If no snow event occurs within a five-day period, property oversight will occur to ensure clear of ice or blown snow

Snow removal will take place during October, if required.
